  Premiere Pro CC bug regarding ripple edit function???

  Has anyone come across this issue?

  Yesterday while attempting to ripple forward my clips on the timeline, Premiere Pro CC repeatedly crashed giving me this window notice:

  

  I have no idea what could be causing it, but would the solution be to clean the media cache? Or to trash PPCC Preferences?
  And if so, would that cause me to lose all my keyboard shortcuts???
