I don’t know about the ethics of selling the manual. It and the Bolante book are out of date. I should know. I helped Antony upgrade the book to version 1.5

The manual is part of the software product and selling it is “parting out” the product, not to mention if the manual is available like that, it makes hacking the software more viable.
I would pull the manual back and sell it with the software unless you plan on upgrading, then you would need to keep it.
