Premiere Pro, AVI’s and Laird Capdiv
Hello all. At work we received two laird capdiv from our sister office. Our Avid adrenaline systems didn’t seem to like them. (XP driver issue) So I took one home to fool around with on Premiere 6.5. They seemed to work fine BUT when I hit play on the tiomeline, it crashes/closes the program back to the desktop. I am importing the footage into the bin after I copy and paste it from the capdiv to my computer’s hard drive. the avi’s from the capdiv are broken out into differnet files, I think due to the 2gb limits. I searched previous posts and the only thing i could find was talk about two different types of avi’s. Don’t know if this is my problem.
