Premiere Pro Automatically Unmutes My Audio Tracks When I Play My Video

I also have this issue, I find it far less of of a problem if you mute the tracks whilst the sequence is playing back.

Maybe everyone checked this that is having the problem, but was having problems with the mute button, then realized I hadn’t put the track back on “read” mode. It was still on “latch”.

So that explained why it was behaving so, and fixed the problem.
