premiere pro and blackmagic ultrastudio 4k issue
Hey folks,
minor issue trying to get premiere pro to recognize my blackmagic 4k system.
It’s an older config so there could be a hangup, but Blackmagic tech support said it shouldn’t.
my setup–
Mac Pro (Late 2013) running Monterrey 12.6.8
blackmagic 4k thunderbolt 2 rackmount capture unit
running premiere pro 2019
I was able to install the blackmagic desktop app (12.0) and it recognizes the device.
BUT, when I launch premiere pro (and go into capture mode), there is no drop-down option for blackmagic 4k for remote control or video capture (it DOES see the blackmagic 4k in the audio hardware input setting in preferences).
Am dealing with a driver issues, install issue, compatibility issue?
