Premiere Pro AJA Kona Output to Monitor
How do you set PP 5.0 to playback through my broadcast monitors with my AJA Kona 3 card? I’ve installed the drivers and it shows up under Player Settings (which I set it to). But it doesn’t show up under Playback settings in the Program window.

You have to load an AJA sequence preset, then load a clip and see if it plays (even in the source window). If not, then go to playback settings (under project menu) and select the correct video output (it usually defaults to SDI). Depending on the driver version (I’ve been using AJA boards with Premier since CS3), I’ve sometimes had to go into Machina to set things there first.
