    need advice on finalizing high school monthly magazine show..
    when editing all stories..how do i place anchor spots around and then export to tape……for playback on cable channel?

    In CS3
    File – Export – Export to Tape.

    You may have to go to Preferences – Device Control if Premiere is having trouble connecting to your camera.

    I’m not sure what you mean by anchor points.

    Use the work area bar.
