  Premiere Pro 2 24p conversion from 60i

  If I don’t have After Affects, is there any way to get a good 24p conversion out of Premiere, ie export setting, 3rd party plugin or whatever? I know the Magic Bullet Suite/Editors 24p conversion piece only works in AE, right? It’s just the Film Looks that works in Premiere Pro, right?
