  Premiere odd frame sizes to HD Monitor

  HI,

  We are finishing a good amount of social and mobile ads for clients. We are trying to use the HD client monitors but everything stretches to fill to HD. Without rendering out a file and bringing that file back into an HD 1920 X 1080 sequence, is there a converter that would do this function for us? Display a 1080 X 1920 or 1500 X 730 on a 1920 X 1080 screen without distorting the images?
