    Im on PP 7.2.2 (33), Mac pro OS X 10.8.5, Quad-core, 24gigs memory.

When I try to nest a sequence into anther one, it comes in as clips, (clips from the sequence Im trying to import). As a quick fix I nest the clips once they are in the main timeline and work on that sequence for changes.

One thing different I did was buy and install “Sheffield Softworks” plugins from FxFactory

So far I have tried the below with no positive results
    restarted PP multiple times
    rebooted computer multiple times.
    Tried other PP projects

Is re-installing PP something I should consider?

    Any ideas out there

nope….check the icons on the timeline upper left…

the 1st one deals with how nests are inserted into a sequence, either as nests or source media from the nest…
