Premiere keyboard shortcut
Is there a keyboard shortcut that will allow me to jump forward or backward to the next or previous cut or edit point?

Yes.
Page up and page down keys.
The tracks you want to jump to must show an active highlight.

Thanks for the response Jon, I tried that with no success. Is that suppose to work for PPro CS3?

It does work. The track selected, as mentioned, has to be “active” – click on it first.

Be sure the track has a lighter shade to it indicating it is active.
Be sure to use the “PgUp” “PgDn” keys.
“Home” and “End” keys will send the CTI/Playhead to the absolute timeline start and edited timeline finish respectively.
