I am trying to edit a short film shot with Panasonic Varicam 35. I made DNxHD 36 Proxies of the original footage, but unfortunately during playback I get some annoying vertical lines that won’t go away. I tried making H.264 proxies, but still the same, then I imported the original footage, nothing changed. For the record I have edited shorts and features before and never had this problem, my computer is a AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core 3,79 GHz
Sorry, I think that this is one for Adobe to sort out.
All I can add, is that recently I’ve had problems inside Premiere Pro with MXF files of Sony FX6 & FX3 cameras. Where either the transcribe, or the render effect options would work. It gave some “funny” error messages…
Hope that you get it sorted.
One suggestion to consider, which I found when it didn’t want to render effects in timeline, Premiere was happy enough to export a video file. Before getting in too deep, maybe you should do a check export of an edited sequence, at full resolution?
