  Premiere external monitor.. Video has been shifted up and not filling screen

  Hey Everyone,

  I am a Final Cut user but i am editing a project in Premiere for the easy integration with After Effects. I am having a problem with my external monitor and it does not fit the full screen. The whole video frame has shifted up so therefor i am loosing the top third of the frame and the bottom 3rd is my desktop background showing through. I basically need to shift the whole frame down so that it fits onto the full screen without cutting any off.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated
