  Premiere Export Blurry

  I’m working in a project with AVI & H264 AT mov screen capture. Both look great in the program monitor, but when I export them (using many different methods), the footage becomes blurry or faded. If it is a 9 out of 10 in the program monitor, it’s a 6 on export.

  What might I try to do to preserve the resolution?
