Trying to move text with the keyboard arrow keys while text is selected with no luck. What am I doing wrong?

Also, trying to resize a placed clip by dragging the bottom right corner holding the shift key. But when I do all four sides move. I want to keep it anchored on the top and left side but can’t figure this out and don’t see answers in manual.

    Thanks,

    Not much hair left…

I’m not sure about Elements.. In PP you can position text in the Titler with the Selection Tool – the black arrow. Or, with the title selected in the timeline, use the Motion parameter in the Effect Controls tab. Or, use the Selection Tool directly on the the Monitor.

You can also use the Motion control to resize/position the clip, but you should use Video Effects/Distort/Transform, for higher quality.

    Hope this helps.
