Premiere did not return frame error on mpeg export
Experiencing an error on one particular sequence – a ‘premiere pro did not return frame error aborting project’ when exporting via the Adobe Encoder to MPEG-2.
On DV timeline playback, the sequence plays fine. Help!

When I got this error, I rebooted PC and without doing any thing I stated encoding. Try and see if works for you. However This is iffy.
Other alternative I use is export DV AVi, or import project in AE and rander as uncompressed AVI file. Imported this output file in Cinema Craft SP(which is better encoder anyway)and encode for multipass VBR.
