  • Premiere CS6’s timeline does not contract

I installed the Trial of Premiere and unlike Premiere 5 I can’t find a way to contract or expand the timeline.

It’s nice to contract all the clips so I can easily select one for effects or whatever.

Is it not there or is it some place else. They have it in the panel for assets where it isn’t as useful

    Thank you
    Barry

It is a zoom/scroll bar in CS6. Which you can grab ends with mouse to stretch/contract. Or grab bar to scroll forward & back in timeline.

Try the shortcuts. Use (-) & (=) for zoom out & in respectively.

To zoom out all the way use (/).

    Cheers JB
