  Premiere CS6 and Decklink HD – HDV

  Hi,

  How can I create a HDV 1440×1080 HD Anamorphic sequence and get image on output monitor
  via HDMI with Decklink Extreme HD?

  I have already set up the Decklink as the monitoring output and is working with the sequences NTSC and HD (BlackMagic only).
  The problem is that there is no sequence in BM-1440×1080 HDV in CS6.
  I’ve edited a sequence to 1920×1080, changing to 1440×1080 , but does not work no image on monitor output.
  I have another station with Matrox MXO2 and any sequence I can see on the output monitor.
  With DeckLink if I drag a file to the timeline to create a sequence that is not BM, for example a 1440×1080 M2T file, does not work, the signal is not shown in the monitor program.
