Premiere CS5 with other CS4 Programs?
I have a new Canon T2i and have read that Premiere Pro CS5 is much better at handling the Canon codec than CS4.
I have CS4 Master Collection now and was wondering can how I can just upgrade Premiere. I don’t think I qualify for the upgrade price for Premiere, but if I buy Premiere CS5 can I install it along with other CS4 programs?
There isn’t enough incentive for me right now to justify a full upgrade, but I want Premiere because I have Canon footage to edit.
Can I install CS4 Suite and un-check the Premiere box, then install Premiere CS5?

Hi Jason,
You can have both CS4 and CS5 installed on the same system. no need to uninstall CS4. CS5 and my Canon 550D (T2i) is such a magical experience. Enjoy.

I have a t2i and I’m going to be getting cs5 as well as a new computer. What computer are you using? Is it working smoothly?
