  Premiere CS3 HDV Problem

  I encountered a strange problem yesterday.

  I am working with Premiere CS3 (3.2.0) on Windows XP (SP3) and I imported 50i HDV footage from my hard drive into a 50i HDV project.
  Premiere does all of the peaking but no indexing and the footage stays “pending”.
  I checked the footage in the project panel and it said “Framerate: 29,97 fps” which is definitly not correct.
  I restarted Windows, opened a new 50i HDV project, imported again, … same thing…

  I did another test with different 50i HDV footage today. No problem. Peaking and indexing went well, so I imported the original footage and miraculously it works…

  Has anyone had a similar problem and could maybe give me a hint, what could have caused it?
