  • Premiere CC 2015 Gray/Black Timeline not displaying clips

Posted by Alex Neuman on October 13, 2015 at 9:07 pm

We have been working on several Premiere 2015 projects an suddenly when we open them we can not see the clips in the timeline, If we scrub thru we can see the contents, but they do not show up in the timeline.

    Thanks,

    Alex Neuman

Can you post a screenshot, showing your full UI?

Perhaps you have a few blank tracks at the top and the video section of the timeline is scrolled up above the actual clips?

    Thanks Walter,

I had ran into that thread while researching solutions, it seems the problem never got fixed, I tried all those recommendations with no results. I posted in Adobe Forum as well to see if I get and answer from Adobe.

And Of course this happens when I am doing the biggest job of the year! Murphy!! I’ll get you one day!!

    Thanks!

I just ran into this problem with the latest version of Premiere. Did you ever figure out a fix? Or a cause?
