    Premiere / BCC Tracker / Can´t clear cache

    Hello,

    i want to reset/clear a tracker.
    There is a screen showing “To clear the cache, slightly
    change an unused parameter in the effect.”
    But i changed parameters and pressed reset several times. The message doesn´t disapear.

    Premiere CS5.5 / BCC Cont. 8.0.2

    (btw: this is driving me crazy)

    Hello,

    You are correct that this should not be happening. What effect are you using when you see this? Are you moving the playhead to the first frame when trying to clear the cache? Please feel free to email me directly at jeremy@borisfx.com
