Premiere 6.5 and trouble with Pinnacle box
I am a teacher in a media program with 5 computers & 6.5 & pinnacle boxes. Recently 2 systems are refusing to output through the Pinnacle boxes. The computer guys say the boxes are fine (and we changed one to check) and they are looking at the video cards. Are there any settings that my students could have changed by accident? They are new to editing so it’s unlikely they would know enough to change something that specific. These computers (gateways) don’t output to VideoCD very well either so we are really in trouble … it’s a school so money for new anything will take time. Any help would be so much appreciated.
