Premiere 2021 and nvidia GTX 275 can it work ok
I am trying to run Premiere 2021 on my pc with a GTX 275 card I am running the latest driver from Nvidia for my card. when I start up premiere or AE I get an error unsupported driver. when I click on the fix dialog it takes me to an Adobe page that suggests…
Nvidia has stopped releasing Studio Drivers for 9 series and below. Adobe. strongly recommends the following drivers:
Please use one of the following 460.89 drivers:Studio driver for GeForce RTX desktop GPUs
Should I try and install this driver even though my card is a GTX and the suggested card is a RTX ?

Hi Dave
It’s a drag when Adobe makes Premiere better but then requires newer hardware. I have a couple GPUs sitting in my closet for that reason.
However you can try those drivers and if they don’t work you can roll back to previous version.

I have now tried the drivers and it is not possible with this card to use the required drivers.
I have chosen not to be on Facebook so I cant join the Facebook group.
Looks like I will have to get a new graphics card when the shortages are over and the prices come back down to reality.
