    Hey

I’m having a problem opening an Adobe Premiere 2.0 project file in Adobe Premiere 1.5, is there any way of actually doing this?

    Thanks

No. There is no backward compatibility.

I have had moderate success in going backwards using the AAF export from CS3 and then importing it into PPro2. Try that with PPro2 to PPro1.5?

Pro 2 and CS3 are very much the same.
Pro 2 is very different from Pro 1.5.

While this is to some extent true, there is almost no Adobe software that I know of that has backwards compatibility. With the feature sets expanding so quickly, it would be very difficult to do I suspect.

I know programs are generally not downwards compatible. What i meant is it does work for CS3 and Pro 2 but not for Pro 2 and 1.5.

CS3 can not be opened in CS2.
