    Premiere 2 and Quicktime

    Hi,
    It seems that Premiere 2 has lots of options for export to Quicktime.
    What are your recommendations for export retaining the original quality yet compressing a movie, at least somewhat?

    The answer is affected by how you intend to use the exported file. Without that info it’s kind of hard to answer.

    I intend to play on a Windows XP workstation using a projector in 1024 X 768 resolution
