premier wont play time line
Hi ALl
can some one help, I am useing prem6.5, it was working fine then for no reason the time line suddenly wont play at all.
I have tried the normal stuff like deleting the pref file, reboot and even removing and re-installing premier. even after the install the problem is still there( the time line just wont play)
any one have any ideas -

Does this happen in a particular project or in all your projects?

i had the same problem and the only thing that worked was to install prem pro or a different version of prem. If this is a possibility for you?

I would be concerned about a unresposive hard drive where the source files are located.
What capture card are you using? -
THe problem happens in all projects and on all users, most of the other features are working, premier just wont Play any thing!
Im using Pinnic DV500 capture card I have a copy of prme pro 1.5 but the dv500 softwear wont load into it. I have loaded prem pro 1.5 and It works fine. -
Pro wont work with 1.5 because Pinnacle dropped driver support for the DV500 and Pro-One a while back.
