Premier pro does not use all the ram.
I have 64Gb ram, but Premier pro CS6 does not use all the ram. It looks like the limit is 10 Gb.
Why this limit?
The rest of the computer uses a Intel core 7i prosessor and 256 SSD HD.

RAM utilization is determined by the function being performed, the capability of system components, and other factors. You have excess memory available so the bottleneck lies elsewhere.
