Premier PRO CS6 and AVCHD files import

Not sure about your question, but be sure to use the “Media Browser” for Import in Premiere and not “File > Import”. This fixes many headaches that can come with AVCHD clips.

Thing is I need icon view to work with.

Anyone know how to get the footage in the right order so I can view in icon view? (It’s tedious to move the icons around in numerical order.)

I am importing the “AVCHD” folder that is created with an NXCAM.

Thanks for your help in advance.<<< Sheree, "Icon View" defaults to Sort Order: "User Order" which means you can move them around and re-order them or the files are listed in reverse order. Anyway, if you click on the "Sort Icons" button(double-arrow) next to the Icon size slider you can change the sort order to "List View Sort" which would be numerically decending. ~Myron
