    Premier Pro CC 12.0.0 – set default transition rate

    I cant seem to find how to set the default transition rate. Prior to CC 12.0 it was in the General section of the Preferences window. I’ve searched the cow, googled it, can’t locate it! Where did they hide it?

    Duh… I either looked right at it and didn’t see or skipped Timeline entirely. Thanks!
