Premier Pro & Aja LHe not playing nice together…
Prpro 5.0.3 and Aja 9.1.
Can not get external monitor to work at all. Created a new sequence and choose Aja… no luck. internal monitor and external monitor do not work at all. any help would be appreciated, I am not well versed in Premier. -

Get the most current LHe drivers from AJA? And the Adobe Plugin? Install, then restart the computer.

Downloaded the latest Aja drivers.
As for the Premier Plug in… I’m a bit confused there. Aja shows up in the Sequence menu.
Where are the plugins located? -
Found plugins on Aja site. Downloaded and installed. Restarted… no dice. I get no output to monitor.

FYI, you must be using an AJA sequence in order to get play out to your monitor. Just a regular Adobe sequence wont owrk.

Their support was Awesome and fast. Turns out my drivers were too new. Needed to step back a version as well as step the plugins back. Works ok now… although the audio won’t play sometimes…

I get that occasionally with cs 5.5 and my LHe
I’m hoping the next drivers for cs 6 are nearly
flawless as they were for fcp. -
Actually AJA told me that the LHe was EOL’d. They said there would be no more updates for that card and that I was free to buy a new LHi or LHe Plus from them, if I so desired. Thanks AJA! )
