You can import a Premiere project into another. That will import all the bins (delete what you don’t need). You can’t import single bins, nor can you export them, you just get the whole project in one go. It does tuck it all into a new nested bin, so it doesn’t make a mess out of your open project.

I actually wasted a weekend trying to do the impossible in that case.
I would have thought that Importing and exporting of bins would be a very good addition to an otherwise great program.
