There was no free upgrade. Unless maybe you bought 6 within 30 days of 6.5 being released. I am sure there are a fe copies out there somewhere, but antine who upgraded from 6.5 to Premiere Pro would not own the rights to give you the leftover copy. Those rights transferred to Premiere Pro.

Many thanks for that. I guess I’ll be staying with 6.02 then, I’m also nailed by the capture board (DC 2000)so an upgrade to 7 or pro would need another capture board (expensive option. Still 6 is not so bad!
