  Prem pro CS5 question

  I have recently moved to CS5 ..having previously used all the prior versions of Premiere..

  Question..In Prem Pro CS3 and CS4 when you drop an avi file in the timeline the wave form appears in the audio track, visually, no matter if you are zoomed in or not…

  In CS5 my audio clip only shows the wav form when I am zoomed way in..this is a huge inconvenience as the wav form often gives me a visual clue as to where i want to go..
  when i put an mp3 file into the audio track in the same project and in the same timeline, the wav form shows up visually…no matter whether i am zoomed into the timeline or not…

  Is there some setting or configuration that I am overlooking..
