Prem CS3+Matrox RT.X2SD
Hi Does anybody know if a driver is abailable for Matrox RT.X2SD and premiere Pro CS3 or will it work with the same drivers as CS2

No, you need the Matrox RTX2 3.0 drivers, just released and available on the Matrox website.
