    Preference Error

    Hi,

    When I try to change preferences in the control panel, I get an error saying that an error has occurred preventing blackmagic design desktop video from saving preferences. I reverted to the old intensity software and that works fine. I however would like to use the new media express. Also, after I upgraded from intensity to desktop video, desktop video retained my intensity software settings. I still however could not change settings.

    Nevermind I figured it out. I just did troubleshoot compatibility. (It’s probably becuase i’m running server 2008 r2) Works Great! Thanks Blackmagic for such a cool product!
