    Hello

I’m experiencing a strange bug in PPRO while using a wacom (intuos 4).
You cannot adjust the volume keyframes accurately. They seem to ‘snap’ away from where you put the point.
Very annoying. Using a normal mouse works like it should. Only with wacom there seems to be a problem.

I’m not finding much info about this. But I bet there are alot of wacom/ppro users here?

And you’re editing the keyframes in the timeline, to be clear?

    I’m using:
    PPro CS5.5
Wacom Intous4 with recent drivers (if not the most recent, then probably only one version behind)

I didn’t see any issues. There is, however, a bit of a movement if I’m not conscience to make sure I lift my pen straight up, but it responded with accuracy.

Maybe increasing your Tip Feel to firm will help.

The bug is apparent when using the pentool for adding keyframes in the audio volume. When you want to adjust the points on the volume enveloppe, they move to another position when you release the mousebutton.

    Hi Jos,

Again, I had no problem that could be attributed to a bug or issue while using the arrow or pen cursor. I do notice a bit of a jump, but again it’s from me not picking the pen up straight from the tablet surface.

I switched the tablet into “Precision Mode” (a programmable Wacom function that maps the entire tablet to one small section around your cursor) and suffered no issue whatsoever.

And some more info I didn’t include last time:
    Windows 7
    Driver v6.2.0w5

I absolutely confirm what JOS is saying. Wacom Intuos 4 doesn’t work with Premiere Pro to adjust Audio Levels, or to Scroll in the timeline with the PEN.

+ 1 here – the audio level simply jumps away from where I intend it to go. No problem with the mouse though.

    INTUOS 5 TOUCH WORKAROUND
I have a touch tablet so I work around this by using the three-finger-drag to move the audio levels – it’s only the pen that seems to ‘flick’ the audio level around.
