For some strange reasons, I am not able to drop some wav files into the audio tracks but track #4? Why? It is just an audio, no video, I assure there is no other audio track elsewhere in the other tracks. It works fine, but I just was wondering why?

Probably a dumb question, but are all your tracks mono or stereo ?

Vincent, Thanks for your response. I never thought of that, let me check… Yah, you got it, it is mono. Why does it matter? Can I made it stereo in PPro or do I have to do it outside PPro? Thanks in advance.

By default Premiere creates stereo tracks which can’t accept mono clips. What you probably did was drag it right below the timeline, which automatically created a new “mono” track. There are a few ways to make a mono track stereo, the one I usually use is the “Fill left” or “Fill right” effect.

    Cheers,

    Vince
