pp6 project to pp5.5
I am working with a company that has cut a project in PP 6. I only have 5.5…Is there anyway to get this project into my system?

Have them go to File > Export > Final Cut XML. Have them give you the XML file.
In your version of Premiere, start a new project, right click your bin/library and select “Import…” and import the XML. It’ll probably ask you to locate/relink the files, go ahead and do that and you should be rolling.
The files and sequences should come in. Most effects and some transitions will not transfer over this way. Adobe, for whatever reason, really locks up Premiere when it comes to working in previous versions.
