  PP6 CTI not functioning properly… consistently

  Hi all

  PP’s CTI is not moving. Rather sometimes it does; other times not. Also having some issues with playback speed. When launching the same project sometimes the playback will be slow; other times not. Typically I’ll relaunch the project which temporarily resolves the issues. I’ve done a clean re-install. Still experiencing the same problems. Thanks for any help.
