I insert blank disc, set up to export to DVD and click burn, and the program closes. Happened twice. It doesn’t crash the computer, it just closes out the program and I hear that little “bonk” sound that you hear when it won’t allow you to click something. I used it three days ago to burn 15 DVD’s and it worked great. Anyone?

Not enough info. Perhaps you need to go to a Windows restore point dated just after the successful burns.

    Hi,

Do you have Roxio Software installed?

If so check in Add Remove Programs for a file called “Roxio DLA”

This allows direct to disk dragging of files from the desktop, but it does conflict with Premiere Pro.

    Remove Roxio DLA.

    Reboot.

    Try again.

    After that, I got nuthin.

    Thanks,

    Alex

Have you tried to re-create the Plug-in Cache File? If not, hold down the shift key when you start Ppro and hold it till the Project screen appears.
