PP says Media Encoder NOT installed!

I hope someone can post a simple solution, Ive been editing a program and now go to export via ME, I find that it updated automatically and it its not seeing PP 15.4.5 (the long term supported version) What version of ME can I revert to, to be able export? I’m up against a deadline, any help is welcome.

Can you export directly from within Premiere Pro?

According to ProDesingTools (Adobe newsletter) you can roll Media Encoder back to 2015 version (maybe 2016 version will work too).
EDIT: Just checked, you can download Media Encoder v15 via your Creative Cloud Desktop panel.
