Hey Matt, stop whining and just get Boris Red 5.0. They do EXACTLY what you want AND MORE! 😀

Bitch at Genarts and maybe they will give you a refund.

To be fair to GenArts, we have some improvement to do to our SDK too, so that vendors like them can implement more custom parameters.

I just saw NewBlueFX demo’d last night. Very cool transitions in that package. Killer titler too:

Thank you for being rational about this and explaining it thru with me. I had read other info from people on the web that it was an Adobe Premiere issue of why some of these effects don’t work like native effects and transitions do. I will contact Genarts and discuss the problem with them. Again I think your products are great and will continue to use them, I just want to make it better as everyone else.

As far you go and your comment-You can pretty much kiss off. You dont know me and what my financial situation is. Why would I want to SPEND more money on Boris when I bought the one of the best plugins in the industry and I expect it to work right. I am a freelance shooter/editor and I don’t have the big budget backing of a big company. So don’t tell someone to quit whining when you don’t know their situation is. I was trying to point out a common problem that has been an issue and wondered why it hasn’t been fixed yet. Trying to make a the product better for all of us.

    Likewise Im sure.

Next time it probably be a good idea to download the free trial before paying for it to make sure it works for you. That way you can avoid being so unpleasant. 😛

Im not even sure you are worth writing back too because you are such an idiot!!!! If you bothered to read my post you would see that I have been using FCP 7 with Sapphire Edge for some time. I upgraded to CS6 and I have been wanting to move to PPro for ease of workflow and found out Edge doesn’t apply right with transitions.

    Geez stupid people irritate me!
Please don’t write me back because I can’t handle you anymore.

    Matt,
I just talked with the GenArts guy at the road show event, and you’re right. They couldn’t make transitions the way they wanted because certain limitations we have right now with our software. They do wish to. I apologize about this situation.

I did want you to know that I talked to the Premiere Pro team about this, and about your particular case, so they are aware of the issue and are working on it.
