pp cs4 and sony xdcam hd files
I have some footage that I shot on the sony xdcam hd. I borrowed a drive to read the disc and copied the mxf files to my drive. I can import them into pp cs4, play them in the source monitor and put them in the timeline. The problem is that the audio in the timeline is much lower than in the source monitor and it won’t let me add any audio effects other than the normal audio level that’s already there (which I have increased to the max, with little improvement). What do I need to do these files to get them to behave like a normal pp cs4 file that I can manipulate however I like? Thanks.
