PP 23.6.9 Very slow performance

Hello Mary,

If you’ve saved your project in version 23.6.9, you won’t be able to open the same project file in an earlier version of Premiere Pro, as the software is only forward-compatible, not backward-compatible. If you don’t have a backup from an earlier version, you might want to search for ‘Premiere Pro downgrade tools’ online. These tools can help convert your project to a version that can be opened in an older release. However, please be aware that any features introduced in the newer version may be lost during the downgrading process.
