PP 1.5 vs Premiere 6.5: Export Times, AMD X2
A couple of observations:
I conducted a few tests on a PP 1.5 and AP 6.5 and wanted to solicite comments from the group. I have not switched to PP 1.5 yet, but I am considering it. I am only a serious hobbyist, not a professional.
This is a good example of the results I am getting. I applied a video filter (Shine) to a 45 minute video file, using the same settings in both platforms (DVD high quality – Default)
Results: PP 1.5 40 minutes
AP 6.5 25 minutesAlso, is anyone using a computer similar to what I have below? I don’t know if P-Pro has been optimized for Pentium and that is why I am seeing the different results above on the AMD machine I have.
