  Potato chip

  Hi.
  I’m asked to create a highly detailed model of a ruffles like potato chip. I’m having difficulties with the detail since they ask me to make an animated camera that goes from a very very first close up of the potato to a general plane so the displacement of the texture must be animated in order to look soft at the begining and crunchy at the end of the animation.
  Any suggestion?

  PS:I’ve been looking for a 3D model I can purchase online but without success. A link would be useful.
