Posterize Time freezes when adding other effects
I’m trying to achieve an 8mm look, so I applied a posterize time effect at 18fps, which works fine until I change the levels or add noise. If I add either of those effects it will freeze to the first frame throughout the entirety of the clip. Could it be my graphics card? I’m running CS5 with an ATI Radeon HD 5770 graphics card.

What operating system?
What exact version of Premiere Pro are you running? I.e., have you applied the recent updates to Premiere Pro?
