So I’d like to comment that SORENSON’s watch folder function is very very very idiot proof. I thought it was going to be a pain in the butt like Adobe’s watch folder function, but now I successfully figured how to go from image sequence to quicktime and then right to .flv without doing anything. How convenient!

Dave, did you want to try a speed comparison with the dual output module method? Be interesting to see what results you get on your rig. So TIFF and QT at same time.
