Possible to set default to “individual layers” when importing PSDs?
I need to import several hundred layered PSDs into Premiere. Does anyone know how to set the defaults on the dialog box to “Individual Layers” instead of ‘Merge Layers” ?? I can’t find anything in preferences, but maybe someone has a brilliant work-around?
Also is there a way to import all of them with one click instead of interacting with the dialog box for each PSD?
Yea, I could do it manually, but that’s a PITA!

You could first use Photoshop to export your PSD layers individually using Scripts->Export layers to files.Exporting every PSD file to a different folder as PNGs for example and then just importing the folders to premiere
